Position Title: Maker

Anticipated Start Date: Immediately 

Schedule: Part time 3 days per week to start but could turn into full time

POSITION SUMMARY

Fierce Forward is seeking a Maker to join our team in north Scottsdale, AZ. This is a part-time, on-site role with excellent earning potential that could develop into a full time role. The Maker will be responsible for creating our jewelry and home decor products. The ideal candidate is someone who loves working with their hands & would feel inspired making beautiful pieces that uplift other people.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

- Evaluate pieces for quality control and ensure all finished pieces meet the Fierce Forward brand standard - Clean & organize work area daily Ability to utilize feedback and continuously improve  

QUALIFICATIONS

Experience:

No prior jewelry making is required. We train in-house

KEY COMPETENCIES

- Strong organizational and time management skills

- Ability to work independently as well as with a team

- Multitask and manage making jewelry & home decor 

- Attention to detail and accuracy

- Hard worker, has a desire to learn

- Positive attitude & energy
