Position Title: Jewelry & Home Decor Maker

Anticipated Start Date: Immediately 

Schedule: 8-4pm Monday to Friday 

POSITION SUMMARY

Fierce Forward is seeking a Maker to join our team in North Scottsdale, AZ. This is a full-time, on-site role with great earning potential.

As a Maker, you’ll handcraft our jewelry and home decor pieces, inspect them for quality, and help bring our mission to life. To us, these are not just products—they’re works of art that uplift and empower the people who wear them.

  • Create handmade jewelry and decor products following established processes and standards.

  • Inspect your work to ensure it meets the Fierce Forward brand quality.

  • Collaborate with the team to maintain a supportive, accountable work environment.

  • Take ownership of your work and contribute ideas to improve our processes.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • No prior jewelry-making experience required—we provide comprehensive training.

  • This role is for individuals committed to growing with us, not a short-term learning opportunity.
