Position Title: Order Processor

POSITION SUMMARY

At Fierce Forward we work together as a team to create and deliver uplifting jewelry and home decor and to provide a beautiful customer experience. We are growing and are looking for an Order Processor to join our fierce team in north Scottsdale, Arizona. 

JOB DESCRIPTION

The Order Processor is responsible for managing and processing customer orders efficiently and accurately. This key role involves product inspection and packaging, coordinating with other departments, paying attention to detail and ensuring our customers have the best experience when receiving their order. The ideal candidate has excellent organizational skills, pays close attention to details, can take feedback to grow and learn, is an excellent communicator with a positive attitude and has the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Order Management: Receive, inspect and package jewelry and home decor orders.

Intra-Department Communication: Communicate with other departments about any order, product or shipment related issues. Is able to clearly and willingly communicate with management about areas for improvement and growth or any challenges that arise. 

Inventory Coordination: Collaborate with the inventory team to ensure stock levels of all packaging suppliers are maintained. 

Shipping: Utilize shipping software to process shipping documents. 

Quality Control: Inspect orders for accuracy and quality before shipment. Address any discrepancies or quality issues immediately.

Process Improvement: Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in order processing.

QUALIFICATIONS

High school diploma or equivalent.

Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high volumes of orders.
