How does the subscription work?

You choose your subscription and have complete control over it! Subscribe month to month at $39 or save and prepay for a 6 or 12 month subscription. Pre-paying for 6 months saves you 5% over the month to month price, 12 months saves you 10%! You subscription will auto renew each month or every 6 or 12 months if you pre-paid.

What is included with my monthly box?

Each month you'll receive beautiful piece of Fierce Forward Jewelry at a up to 40% off our retail price along with a booklet with guided journal prompts and a motivational postcard and sticker. 

What type of jewelry will I receive?

Each box will include either a bracelet or necklace. The necklaces will be made with either sterling silver or 14k gold fill. Bracelets will be made with rose gold, 14k gold fill, sterling silver, gemstone and African Trade beads. 

What if I need to change my size?

If you need to change a size from what you originally selected please email us at customercare@fierceforwardjewelry.com so we can update your subscription. 

What if I need to pause or cancel my subscription?

You can cancel, skip a month, or pause your subscription at any time by logging into your online account on the Fierce Forward Jewelry website and select the option to manage your subscription. Cancelling your subscription will apply to all upcoming boxes.

What is your refund/return/exchange policy?

We do not accept exchanges, returns or issue refunds for cancelled subscriptions.

Can I select my bracelet & necklace sizes?

Yes, you can select your preferred necklace length & bracelet size in the drop-down menus.

When does the box ship each month?

All boxes ship the 1st week of the month. 

What if I order other items at the same time as the box? 

If you order other items at the same time it will ship with your subscription box. If you would like to receive it separately and before your box ships, please purchase separately. 

What is the shipping cost? 

United States shipping is free. Canadian & International shipping will vary depending on your location. Once you add box to cart and input your location, you'll see your shipping rate.

Can I buy just one box?

This is a subscription box that offers month to month or 6 or 12 month prepay options. There is not an option to purchase single boxes. 

What if I have allergies to certain types of metals?

The metal jewelry will be vary from gold fill, sterling silver and plated depending on the piece. If you have allergies you can give your metal jewelry as a gift and enjoy the rest of the box!

When will I be billed each month?

You'll be billed for your monthly box the day you signup. Your billing day will be the same every month from there. If for example, you signup for your first box on April 15th, you'll receive the May box. The next billing date will be the 15th of May.
