Schedule: 8-4pm Monday to Friday. This is an on site position.
POSITION SUMMARY
At Fierce Forward we work together as a team to create and deliver uplifting jewelry and home decor and to provide a beautiful customer experience. We are growing and are looking for a Customer Support Representative to join our fierce team in north Scottsdale, Arizona.
JOB DESCRIPTION
As a Customer Support Representative, you will be the voice of Fierce Forward. You’ll be responsible for ensuring a seamless and positive experience for our customers by handling customer service inquiries, managing returns and exchanges, and communicating through email, text, and chat. We’re looking for someone with a customer-first attitude and is eager to help our customers find solutions with empathy and professionalism.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Respond to customer inquiries via email, text, and chat in a friendly and timely manner.
Manage returns and exchanges: Process requests, ensure customers are satisfied, and maintain accurate records.
Provide product recommendations and guidance to customers about our products, policies, and any other inquiries they may have.
Ensure all customer communication reflects the Fierce Forward brand voice and values.
Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of products and services to provide accurate information.
Track and follow up on customer issues to ensure resolutions are met.
Perform other tasks as needed to support the team and business operations.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns effectively.
QUALIFICATIONS
Proven experience in customer service, with a strong understanding of how to manage customer relationships via multiple communication channels.
Strong written and verbal communication skills. You must be able to convey information clearly and professionally.
Ability to handle customer inquiries with empathy and patience.
Excellent problem-solving skills with a customer-centric approach.
Organizational skills: ability to manage multiple customer requests and ensure timely resolution.
Attention to detail: ability to keep track of returns, exchanges, and customer history.
Tech-savvy: comfortable with working in a digital environment.
Positive attitude & energy.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
