Position Title: Customer Support Representative

Anticipated Start Date: Immediately 

Schedule: 8-4pm Monday to Friday. This is an on site position.

POSITION SUMMARY

At Fierce Forward, we work together as a team to create uplifting jewelry and home decor—and to deliver a beautiful customer experience. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a Customer Support Representative to join our team in North Scottsdale.

In this role, you’ll be the voice of Fierce Forward, helping our customers feel valued and supported at every step. From answering questions and processing returns to offering product recommendations, you’ll play an essential role in ensuring each interaction reflects our brand’s mission and care.


WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Respond to customer inquiries via email, text, and chat in a friendly and timely manner.

  • Manage returns and exchanges: process requests, follow up with customers, and maintain accurate records.

  • Provide guidance and recommendations about products, policies, and orders.

  • Ensure all customer communication reflects the Fierce Forward brand voice and values.

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and services to provide accurate information.

  • Track and follow up on customer issues to ensure resolutions are met.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to address concerns effectively.

  • Pitch in on additional tasks and projects to support the team and business operations.


WHO YOU ARE

  • An experienced customer service professional who enjoys helping people.

  • A clear, confident communicator with excellent writing skills.

  • Empathetic and patient when handling customer concerns.

  • Detail-oriented and organized, able to track multiple conversations and issues.

  • Comfortable using digital tools and learning new systems.

  • A positive team player who brings energy and a solution-focused mindset.


QUALIFICATIONS

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.

  • Proven experience in customer service, preferably in e-commerce or retail.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple customer requests and prioritize effectively.

  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms or customer service software is a plus.

  • Tech-savvy and comfortable working in a digital environment.
