Shipping policy

Unless otherwise shown in the listing our processing times are as follows:

  • Jewelry, suncatchers and car charms: 5 business days 
  • Gemstone accessories & fedoras: 2 business days
  • Gemstone hangings: 6 business days

Processing times do not include weekends or major holidays. Processing times may also be longer during peak holiday shopping season. 

Estimated delivery times for US based customers are as follows:

  • USPS Ground Advantage: 2-5 days  
  • USPS Priority: 2-3 days 

Free shipping does not apply to home decor pieces, fedoras, gemstone hangings or suncatchers. When available, expedited next business day processing can be selected during checkout for jewelry, car charm & accessory orders. 

Shipping Carrier Responsibility

Once your order has been handed off to the shipping carrier, Fierce Forward is not liable for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged in transit.

Damaged orders: If your order arrives damaged, please photograph the packaging and item(s) before discarding anything and contact us within 24 hours of delivery at customercare@fierceforward.com. Damage reported within this window will be repaired at no cost to you. Damage reported outside of 24 hours is not eligible for repair coverage, and we do not issue refunds or accept returns on damaged items.

Lost or stolen packages: If tracking shows your package as delivered but you haven't received it, we recommend first checking with neighbors and your local carrier facility. If the package still cannot be located, email us at customercare@fierceforward.com and we'll assist you in filing a claim. In the event a package is confirmed lost or stolen, Fierce Forward will replace your order with the same product originally purchased, or the closest available equivalent if the original item is no longer available. Please note that once a claim is submitted, resolution timeline is at the carrier's discretion. Fierce Forward does not issue refunds for lost or stolen packages.
