We want you to love your Fierce Forward pieces, but we understand that sometimes it’s not the right fit. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it in its original packaging for a refund or exchange as long as it’s received by us within 30 days of the scanned delivery date.

The following policies apply to orders placed on or after 10/26/25. Our previous policy applies to orders placed before that date.


How to Start a Return or Exchange

U.S. Customers:
Start your return or exchange through our Return & Exchange Portal. Enter your order information, and we’ll email you a shipping label.

International Customers:
Please contact us directly at customercare@fierceforward.com to initiate your return or exchange.


Partial Order Returns

  • If you request a refund to your original payment method, the cost of the return shipping label will be deducted from your refund.

  • If you choose a refund in the form of a Fierce Forward gift card, the cost of the return shipping label will not be deducted.

  • Returns of 5 or more pieces per customer within any 30-day period are subject to a 15% restocking fee, regardless of whether the items were purchased in a single order or across multiple orders.


Full Order Returns

  • If you request a refund to your original payment method, the cost of the return shipping label and the original outgoing shipping cost (paid by either party) will be deducted from your refund.

  • If you choose a refund in the form of a Fierce Forward gift card, the cost of the return shipping label will not be deducted, but the original outgoing shipping cost will be.

  • Returns of 5 or more pieces per customer within any 30-day period are subject to a 15% restocking fee, regardless of whether the items were purchased in a single order or across multiple orders.


Exchanges

  • We cover the cost of the return shipping label for your first exchange.

  • You are responsible for the shipping cost on the replacement order.

  • For additional exchanges within the same 30-day window, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs.

If there’s a price difference between the returned and exchange items, you’ll be charged or refunded the difference. If your purchase was made during a sale, we’ll honor your discount for exchanges made within 14 days of the delivery date. Please note that exchange items are considered final sale and cannot be exchanged or returned again.


Return & Exchange Terms

We only accept returns and exchanges on unworn and unused items in new condition.

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Custom or personalized pieces

  • Lamps

  • Free gifts

  • Gemstone hangings & suncatchers

  • Fedoras

  • Closeout or final sale items

  • Any items marked as non-returnable in their product description

Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer at their expense.

All original packaging materials, inserts, and cards must be returned in their original condition. If not included, a prorated deduction may apply. Gift wrapping and expedited processing fees are non-refundable.

If your order included a free gift with purchase, the free gift must also be returned if the order total no longer qualifies. If it isn’t returned, your refund or exchange will be prorated based on the gift’s value.


Processing Time

Returns and exchanges are processed within five business days of receipt.
