Jewelry & Home Decor Craftsman
Location: North Scottsdale, AZ (On-site) near Pima Rd & the 101
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00am–4:00pm

At Fierce Forward, every piece that leaves our studio carries intention. The jewelry our customers wear on hard days, the décor that grounds them in their homes, it all starts with hands like yours. This is a role for someone who finds real satisfaction in mastering a craft and takes quiet pride in making something beautiful, consistently and well.
No prior jewelry-making experience is required. We train the right person.
Please note: This role requires signing a non-compete agreement. If you are currently making or selling jewelry, or have plans to do so, this role is not the right fit.
Compensation + Bonuses
Training Pay (Hourly): During training, you'll be paid hourly while you learn our standards and processes.
Production Pay (Piece Rate): After training, this role transitions to piece-rate pay. This means the better and faster you get, the more you earn.

Most makers typically earn the low to mid $20s/hour equivalent

Faster, highly accurate makers can earn into the low $30s/hour equivalent
(Earnings vary based on speed, accuracy, and consistency)
Weekly Quality Bonus: We offer a weekly bonus based on error rate/quality standards.
4-Week Accelerator: If you meet the quality target for 4 consecutive weeks, we increase the bonus.
This is a role where your skill directly drives your income. The more you grow, the more you earn.
